God has graciously provided for our church through the sacrificial giving of our members. These finances are to be used for the spread of the gospel and the edification and relief of the saints. Indeed God gives an abundance to us in some areas, so that we may have something to give to others; and He leaves us in need in other areas, so that we may recognise our dependence upon Him and inter-dependence on each other. Christ is honoured and His body built up by this interplay of mutual love (2 Cor 8:13-15).

Thank you for communicating your need. Wherever and however possible we desire to help you and others who, like you, have been humbled by God and placed in a position of need (James 1:9-11). Is there another member of our church who knows you, who understands your situation and the nature of your need? Please ask them if they would be willing to endourse your application. We would like them to form part of a team of three people who will carefully consider your request. The questions below are intended to provide this team with the information they require to properly evaluate your situation. For the same reason we ask that your application be accompanied by two months recent bank statements. Once your application is received it will be assigned to one of the benevolent teams who will contact you to discuss it personally with you. The elders will examine and approve all applications every two weeks so that everyone's needs can be considered together and weighed up against the available funds.
